How it Works

More social meals is one of the easiest ways to improve your overall life satisfaction.

When you finish a meal or snack or pint of ice cream, open the app, toggle the meal as either “together” or “alone.”  You’ll also have a chance to add if you ate with a new person this week to start to get a sense of the breadth of your social health.

For each eating occasion you’ll rate your satisfaction with food and life on a scale from 1 to 5.

As you track, you’ll start to see how social eating affects your life. You may even find your own insights of how much social eating you need per week to feel like thriving and happy.
